Trying to trouble shoot why my automatic running boards quit working on my 2011 ford f150 platinum. Sometimes will deploy if driving down road. 2012 f 150 remote start not working. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnosis.

Power running boards not. Sometimes deploy and not return up when shut door. I have 2009 ford f150 platinum. 2009 2014 f150 power running boards quit working i am hoping someone has experienced this.

The technician was unable to diagnose the failure but replaced the fuse box alternator and the battery. Since i did this both running boards just stopped working.
